On behalf of the local organizing committee of Metamaterials 2019, the 13th International Congress on Engineered Material Platforms for Novel Wave Phenomena, I cordially invite you to take part in our Congress, which will take place in the hotel Crowne Plaza Rome - St. Peter's at about 5 km from Rome city center, on 16-19 September 2019. Following the success of the previous editions, Metamaterials 2019 will continue to provide a premier international forum to share the latest results of the metamaterials research worldwide. This event will bring together the engineering, physics, and material science communities for 4 days of presentations, discussions, exchanges, courses and strategy development in artificial electromagnetic materials science and technology.
